Open City 2016 – I Love Local HFX

One of my favourite days of the year! I Love Local HFX's Open City is a celebration of local food and business. You can spend the day shopping and tasting yummy back door takeouts from the best local restaurants. I love Open City because I get to visit business owners and catch up! It's a great way to try something new: check out a new shop that has recently opened, or try a new dish at a unique restaurant. You don't have to wait for Open City though – get out there and support local business!
