I get excited about shooting family portraits. I love meeting so many different kinds of families, all with their own unique style and energy. I always have a great time seeing where they live, what activities they like and of course, running around outdoors with the kids where they can relax and be themselves. An upbeat and active family portrait session keeps everyone smiling – family photography shoots should be fun!

As a family portrait photographer, I document a family’s most treasured times – from maternity, to the baby’s first year, to more new arrivals. A baby portrait or children’s portrait is a great way to preserve those precious first months or years. It is always a pleasure to witness a family’s story as it develops from year to year.
